You might remember Tara and Jon from their engagement session at Mae Stecker Park in Utica. We returned to the park for their wedding portraits, but in between… they got married!!! They had a perfect late summer wedding, we know in Michigan anything can happen in the sky, but the day was absolutely gorgeous. Much like our stunning bride… Tara was a beautiful bride in her princess-style ballgown, and their first look was the stuff that storybooks are made of. Such genuine smiles, emotional hugs, and special, secret moments between the two of them. They are obviously completely crazy about each other, and it was so fun to capture that on camera. Tara and Jon had an amazing wedding day, and I’m so excited to share some favorites…
The anticipation was so much fun… she was so excited to see her husband, and he was blown away at seeing his bride…when I suggest a First Look to my clients, this is exactly the magic I have in mind 😀
The historic Hope Chapel has been around for over 100 years, and was such a special, perfect place for these two to tie the knot.
You’re forgiven for thinking these are illustrations from a fairy tale… it’s close. #truelove
The Palazzo Grand looked beautiful, and after their amazing entrance as husband and wife, everyone danced the night away. It was a beautiful celebration of love and family, and it was a perfect day for a perfect couple.
Congratulations, Jon and Tara!
