Art Party 2017 at the Anton Art Center

Had a blast at the Art Party this year in Mt. Clemens! The Anton Art Center hosts Art Party as their main fundraiser every year, and it was a great time. Over 30 local restaurants participated, and as much as we tried to taste it all, it wasn’t in the cards. I’m not even sure if it was humanly possible. Everything was fantastic though, shout out to El Charros especially, that sangria is dangerously delicious. There was a silent auction, raffles, live art demonstrations, and a special presentation of a Gloria Goedekke print to Public Works Commissioner Candice S. Miller for her ongoing support of the arts.  The dueling pianos were so much fun, people couldn’t help but dance! This year the Art Party broke their previous record for fundraising, and the event raised almost $40,000 to further their mission of bringing art programming and opportunities to the community. Definitely a good night out for a great cause, and we’re always up for supporting the arts! Here’s some favorite shots from the night…
